The separation of a high speed Next.js frontend and a structured, scalable NestJS backend allowed our team to handle complex business logic such as real-time queueing and dynamic billing without compromising the user interface's responsiveness. PostgreSQL provided the rigorous relational integrity necessary to manage the critical parent child data mappings securely.
Phase 1 & Beyond
While Phase 1 focused on ensuring a flawless opening, the architecture was explicitly designed to scale. Phase 2 expansions are already mapped into the database schema, including bulk check-in/out capabilities for large parties and a dynamic "Holiday Mode" allowing administrators to instantly adjust fast-track parameters and pricing during peak seasonal rushes.
